Questions, answered.
If it's not here, WhatsApp us — a human or our assistant replies in minutes.
What exactly is included in the rent?
Everything: the furnished room, your private bathroom, all utilities (electric, water, gas, heat), fast Wi-Fi, monthly professional cleaning of your room and the shared spaces, linens, pillows, blanket and towels, and a stocked shared kitchen and living room. One price, no surprise bills.
How much is it?
Rooms range from $2,000 to $2,200 per month, all-inclusive. Each room page shows its exact price the moment it opens for booking — and WhatsApp always has the latest.
How long can I stay?
Co-living stays typically run 3 months or longer — a semester, an internship, a nursing contract, a year. Need something shorter? Our Airbnb short stays cover nights to a month. Either way, tell us your dates — we never reject anyone just for asking.
Where is the house?
Bushwick, Brooklyn — close to the train. We don’t publish the exact address; we share it when your tour is booked. It keeps the house calm and safe for the people living there.
Who will I live with?
One person per room, four rooms. Everyone in the house passed the same background and credit screening, and everyone agreed to the same house rules about cleanliness, noise and guests.
Is there a broker fee?
No. You deal directly with us.
What is the screening?
A standard background and credit check after your tour, plus a short application. Criteria are rental-only — dates, budget, occupancy, stay length, consent to screening, house rules. Same standards for every applicant. If your credit is thin, a guarantor usually works — just ask.
Can I tour before applying?
Yes — in person or on a video call. Tours come before applications, always.
What about short stays?
For nights, weeks or a month, we host furnished rooms across Brooklyn on Airbnb — see the Short Stays page. Booking, payment and reviews run through Airbnb.
How fast do you reply?
On WhatsApp: usually within minutes, any day. That’s also the fastest way to get photos, a video tour, and a hold on a room.
